My name is Fudgie and I like to bake. This site started out as an idea to share my baking pictures and recipes, but over the past year I’ve developed an increased pleasure and interest in cooking, in addition to dining out trying all of the fantastic culinary opportunities in my ebullient city.
So while I will continue to share my favorite recipes, tools, and techniques, I’ll also be adding more reviews of local restaurants and writing about anything I fancy that revolve around baking, cooking, drinking and culinary delights in general.

I never add salt to any of my recipes, however they aren’t technically “salt free” as there is some naturally occurring salt in some of the ingredients I use.
I’ll keep this in mind though!
